How to Make a Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, download our RGA Form  return the new/unused item in the original boxAll returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. An RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be obtained before returning any merchandise.

All returns are applied to your account for a credit/exchange only.

         Returns made within 120 days of purchase qualify for credit/exchange only.

         Returns that were pruchased over 120 days will be assessed an 18% re-stocking charge.

         Purchases over one year are non-returnable.

Our company charges a $4.50 processing fee per RGA number.

Returned merchandise must be received in accordance with the information supplied at the time of the RGA issue. Returned shipments containing unauthorized return merchandise will not be allowed. No additional items may be added to an RGA once it has been issued.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a credit will be issued.

An RGA number is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. An RGA will be null and void after the 90 day period if the merchandise has not been received.

The customer is responsible for freight costs to and from our head office. Collect shipments must be preauthorized. Non-authorized shipments will be charged back to the customer.

Returned merchandise much be packaged carefully to prevent shipping damage. If merchandise is damaged in shipping and not properly insured, credit will NOT be issued.

If we prepaid the freight on a shipment and it is subsequently returned, the account will be responsible for the initial freight costs.

Employees of our company are not authorized to accept or transport product returns.

Discontinued or obsolete items, non-stocking, final clearance, modified and/or altered merchandise will not be accepted for credit.

         Any opened remote car starters, car audio, satellite radio, radar detectors, and any other 12 volt merchandise are Final Sale items. They are eligible for warrantly exchange only.

         Any merchandise that is dated for safety reasons are Final Sale items IE: RCI, G-Force.

Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in 'new' re-salable condition.

 

Warranty / Damaged Items  

Report any damaged or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Credit for defective merchandise will be issued in accordance with pricing schedules in effect at the time of purhcase.

Our company is not liable for any associated costs accrued on defective items.

All defective products must have a copy of the original invoice.

Warranty replacements are issued when possible. Otherwise credit will be issued.

NOTE: Defective merchandise is subject to inspection by the manufacturer. Credit may not be issued until authorized by the manufacturer.Defective returns are to be marked and tagged with the nature of the defect.Please do not write on the packaging.
